What needed to be solved
Bitget Wallet Card needed more than sign-ups. It needed a structured way to turn interest into active, spending cardholders, driven by a network of affiliates and on-the-ground advocates rather than paid ads alone.

- Managed affiliates and growth campaigns for Bitget Wallet Card
- Launched and managed the Bitget Wallet Ambassador Program from the ground up
- Organized events and meetups to build awareness and onboard new users
- Drove card activations and spending through consistent affiliate and community follow-through
